Job Summary:                                                                           
Digital Cloak is seeking a logistics analyst who can analyze, organize and plan various
phases of the day-to-day logistics operations for a government projects, civilian
agencies and government contracting business partners.  

This key team member will establish and Develop logistics plans in order to enhance distribution of goods and supplies.  Identifies, prioritizes, and assesses key logistics assets and infrastructures.  Assists in the development of policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.  Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times.  You will contribute to client deliverables and will and provide Logistics input for Program Management Reviews, and integrated Product Team Meetings.


Essential Function:
•    Reports in writing / verbally to upper management and client representatives.
•    Develops user requirements across entire spectrum of logistics functions / elements;
•    Assist in the development, revision and update of acquisition documentation related to an ACAT programs (i.e., Acquisition Strategy/Acquisition Plan, Acquisition Plan Baseline, Life Cycle Sustainment Plan, Material Fielding Plans, IUID, and Disposal Plans);
•    Models problems/solutions, assesses cost/performance impacts of solutions, defines processes and practices to align with policy, implements optimization strategies;
•    Advises program staff in the areas of maintenance planning; program level logistics planning, processes, and procedures;
•    Develops distribution plans; standard parts fielding packages; plans and executes fielding plans and new equipment training;
•    Reviews and revises Modification, Technical, and Supply Instructions;
•    Assess system life cycle logistics issues and develop risk reduction/mitigation approaches for improving logistics/program planning, control, and execution;
•    Provide support to systems of systems fielding/implementation and disposal;
•    Supports the Logistics Integrated Product Team (IPT) by developing presentations, tracking and updating assigned action items, and capturing meeting minutes; and
•    Provide Logistics input for Program Management Reviews, Integrated Product Team Meetings.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
•    Solid understanding of technical and contractual documents;
•    Understanding of logistics concepts, functional capabilities required for life cycle sustainment, and logistics analysis techniques;
•    Proficiency with DOD and Service Component LOG AIS systems, policies and practices;
•    Proficiency with MS Excel  / MS Word / MS PowerPoint / SharePoint; and
•    Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Specialized Skills

•    Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
•    DAWIA certification ( Program Mgmt. / Life Cycle Logistics); and
•    Expertise with DoD 5000 documentation (e.g. Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), Independent Logistics Assessments/Checklist, Item Unique Identification (IUID) Plan, Depot Source of Repair recommendations, Core Logistics Assessment, Performance Work Statements (PWSs), Stock List 3 (SL-3), Technical Manuals (TM), Manpower Analysis Reports (MAR), Manpower, Personnel, and Training Plan (MPTP), Fielding Plans, Disposal Plans, etc.), but open to developing new and tailorable documentation.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
•    Functional understanding of project management software
•    DAWIA certification ( Program Mgmt. / Life Cycle Logistics); and
•    Expertise with DoD 5000 documentation (e.g. Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), Independent Logistics Assessments/Checklist, Item Unique Identification (IUID) Plan,
•    Depot Source of Repair recommendations, Core Logistics Assessment, Performance Work Statements (PWSs), Stock List 3 (SL-3), Technical Manuals (TM), Manpower Analysis Reports (MAR), Manpower, Personnel, and Training Plan (MPTP), Fielding Plans, Disposal Plans, etc.), but open to developing new and tailorable documentation.

Required Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience
•    Bachelor’s degree, plus 4-yrs. of logistics experience, preferably in a formal systems logistics environment;
•    OR any equivalent combination of education and experience
•    Understanding of logistics concepts, functional capabilities required for life cycle sustainment, and logistics analysis techniques;
•    Proficiency with DOD and Service Component LOG AIS systems, policies and practices;
•    Proficiency with MS Excel  / MS Word / MS PowerPoint / SharePoint; and
•    Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Physical Job Requirements
•    This position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position (standing and/or seated) more than half the time
•    This position requires the ability to spend more than half the time viewing computer monitors

Clearance Requirements
•    US Citizenship is required
•    The ability to obtain and maintain a DOD security clearance

Telework availability
•    Until further notice, this position will remain in a hybrid telework posture with the potential for weekly meetings on-site at the customer's location.

Primary Work Location
•    Stafford, VA

Travel Requirements
•    This position has local travel requirements up to 20%
